2. Company details

Prior approval is necessary by the committee for selling food items. Unauthorized items are strictly prohibited. Please provide a list of the food items / menu to be sold at the fair. The vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the local Health Department and for complying with the food safety rules and regulations of the FDA and USDA. The committee reserves the right to approve or reject any food items based on the nature of the items and the overall fair environment.

I will abide by the rules of the festival committee, city, county & state regulations regarding food safety, sanitation & hygiene, insurance, permits, sales tax, fire safety etc.

3. Sign & submit

Vendors are required to provide their extension cords, multi-plugs, occupational licenses, and any additional lighting fixtures needed. All fees must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the event date. Please note that booth rental fees are non-refundable. The committee is not responsible for natural disasters or situations beyond its control. Additionally, vendors must carry their liability insurance.
